The Mission of the #BlueAndGreen Podcast platform is to provide a voice and stage to address military and civilian law enforcement officers. This platform was inspired by the events witnessed by millions across the world regarding the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol Building incident. On this day, we witnessed a direct physical altercation between military and civilian law enforcement officials. Thus, I was inspired to create and launch a social media platform that would allow law enforcement and military personnel a place and space where we can convene, talk, and share their insights about current events and issues that matter to us. I recognize that the world is diverse and that no one opinion is monolithic, therefore, I pledge to use this platform to give and welcome all opinions in the spectrum that is related to the health and well-being of law enforcement and military officials. Therefore, it is my prayer that we never again witness a confrontation between the men and women in uniform fighting among themselves as opposed to fighting the forces that are tearing this country apart.
